Wafering을 위한 Ingot고정용 접착제는 응력없이 Ingot과 Beam을 안정적으로 고정시키며 Sawing을 원활하게 합니다. 절단된 개별 Wafer는 Debonding공정에서 Wafer에 접착제 잔유물이 없이 Beam으로부터 쉽게 분리되는 최적의 물성을 제공하고 있습니다.
